Neonfall

Nexus Prime / 2147

"The city never sleeps. It just hunts."

Operative Sera Vale is the best there is at what she does. In Nexus Prime, 2147, that means someone always wants her dead. Navigate the layered underworld of a megacity that breathes, bleeds, and never forgives a mistake.

"Every job has a price. Every price has a name. In Nexus Prime, the name is always yours."

Nexus Prime towers 600 levels above sea level. Below the shining corporate spires, twelve distinct layers of city fight for air, water, and power. Sera Vale knows every crack in every wall. She has been paid to find most of them.

When she discovers that the next target on her list is herself, she has 72 hours to find out who posted the contract, and why the city's most powerful corporations all want her erased.

Protagonist

Sera Vale

Former corporate wetwork. Now independent. Level 8 clearance on four different corporate networks, none of them aware she has it. She does not trust anyone who does not try to kill her first. It filters out the boring ones.

Nexus Prime: The Vertical City

600 levels. Twelve distinct zones. Every layer has its own economy, its own law, and its own interpretation of what survival means.

L 1-50

The Spires

Corporate headquarters. Weather-controlled. Security is air itself. Sera has three contacts up here and all of them are compromised. She uses them anyway.

L 51-150

The Ring

Middle-management habitat. The illusion of safety at a premium price. Most residents do not know the floors below them exist. This is where Sera disappears when she needs to think.

L 151-300

The Mesh

The trading layer. Black markets, parallel networks, body augmentation clinics that don't ask questions. Sera's most useful connections live here. Half of them are trying to kill her at any given time.

L 301-500

The Veins

Infrastructure access. Maintenance tunnels that span the full height of the city. Corporate security patrols are light here. Everything else is not. The Veins have their own rules.

L 501-600

The Drowned

Below the waterline. Flooded. Abandoned by the corporations two decades ago. Not abandoned by everyone. Sera has never gone this deep and come back the same. She will have to go deeper this time.

A City That Responds

01

Combat Fluidity

Neonfall's combat is entirely momentum-driven. Sera does not stand and trade blows. She enters, neutralizes, and exits before the room understands what happened. Augments change how she moves, not how hard she hits.

02

Network Infiltration

Every system in Nexus Prime is connected. Every connection is a door. Sera can hack from anywhere in signal range. The deeper the access, the louder the alarm.

03

Corporate Allegiance

Four corporations want Sera dead. Three might negotiate. The one she chooses to trust shapes the entire city's response in the final act. No choice is safe.

04

Augmentation Matrix

Sera's body is a platform. Augments can be installed, removed, and traded. Over-augmenting reduces humanity and changes how NPCs respond at a fundamental level.

05

Dynamic Weather

The city generates its own micro-climate. Acid rain corrodes augments. Neon fog provides cover but reduces drone efficiency. The weather is not atmosphere. It is a gameplay variable.

06

Free Exploration

Nexus Prime is not a corridor. All 600 levels are accessible from the beginning of the game. Some require tools. Some require preparation. None are locked by story gates.

Nexus Prime opens soon.
